Surveyer
Task: To create a survey,
with a goal of determining the efficiency of our, Get Tested Posters,
Volunteer Recruit Posters vs. Volunteer Recruit Pamphlets, flavoured
condoms vs. regular condoms, do people use the flavoured condoms for
oral sex, do people use the condoms we distribute at the bars, do people
know it’s HIV West Yellowhead who hands out the condom…which
is hopefully no longer than 5 minutes. Once the survey is created,
it would need to be asked to 200 people in bars, on the street, in
staff accommodations, maybe even the Fitzhugh would run it in the paper
for us? Then the information would need to be analyzed, and a report
with its findings would need to be turned into the Executive Director.
Who: A dedicated, “highly interested in the outcome of this survey” volunteer(s)
What: HIV West Yellowhead Efficiency Survey
When: Brainstorming of survey questions to begin in April.
Surveying should be held as follows 25 surveys/month May-Aug.
Final Report should be finished by September 1 2006.
Where: Efficiency Survey would first be conducted in Jasper as a
pilot.
Why: To determine if our means are effective in reaching our target
age group.
